This client is a dynamic, full-service law firm that distinguishes itself by it’s flexible approach. This flexibility is manifest not only through their client service, but in the way their people are engaged with the firm.

Focus is on providing commercial legal advice and services to early-stage tech businesses seeking VC funding or IPO, SMEs, entrepreneurs, private equity backed businesses and larger listed companies, both in the UK and internationally.

This law firm is now seeking to grow it’s established team through the appointment of solicitors with experience in the following areas:

• Corporate & Commercial
• Commercial Property
• IP/IT

For consideration:

• Positions will be part-time, salaried with a commitment of 2-4 days per week.
• You may be located anywhere in the UK. Occasional travel to London is required.
• Ideally you will bring a client following but this isn’t essential.
• It is desirable those with Commercial & Corporate experience have some team-lead / management experience as they will likely go on to manage a team.
• Your must be E&W qualified and ideally 8+ PQE (all profiles will be considered).
