To support growth across their Iraq and regional geo-markets they are seeking to appoint a talented commercial lawyer to the team.

The role:

Reporting to the GC you will enjoy full empowerment and oversee a diverse range of matters including;

• Leading commercial negotiations
• Drafting contracts
• Corporate affairs
• Managing relationships with customers, stakeholders and external law firms
• International project support.

The profile:

• Iraq qualified or foreign lawyer with prior experience in Iraq
• Circa 4 PQE+ (all levels considered)
• General commercial law background
• English (other local languages desirable)
• Solid negotiation and drafting skills gained within a reputable law firm
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to integrate quickly and make an impact from day one
