This position will oversee legal matters across the GCC region managing a broad variety of matters including:

• Negotiating and drafting commercial agreements
• POC for key stakeholders and customers
• Corporate matters – M&A, JV’s, establishing entities
• Employment
• Competition
• Dispute resolution
• Managing external counsel

This role is business critical with excellent long-term prospects. The successful candidate must be able to make an impact from day one and demonstrate the following profile:

• Egyptian qualified with reputed law firm training, ideally coupled with MNC in-house experience
• TECH / ICT / IOT / Hardware / Software industry experience will be an advantage
• Business level English and Arabic is essential 
• GCC region exposure is highly desirable
• 5-10 PQE (all PQE’s demonstrating the above profile will be considered)
